So AG had her physical today and had 2 immunizations, 1 in each thigh at same time! She bounced back pretty well--we stopped at a beautiful forest preserve on way home, walking around a lake, and she was able to walk and have fun--playing with dandelions and pine cones! And they had aerated the soil, so she picked up a dry hard plug of dirt and was coloring on a picnic table! I brushed it off when she was done! Then tonight Pa and I took her to get blood work done--that was bad--3 sticks--2 in arm and 1 finger stick--with lots of squeezing of finger to get enough blood--ow! hope they have enough for all the tests they need to run. She cried so hard, but after we stopped at Walgreens and let her pick out a treat--chocolate Easter bunny on a stick, and she again bounced back pretty well. And now, at 11pm, she is asleep--yea!! We hope to go to da Ge Ge's (older big brother's) volleyball meet Sat. am--we went to one game a few days ago--and she did great--not scared of loud buzzer or anything.
I am going to try to post a few pics--a few nights ago, I spent so much time downloading about 20, and then only the last posted!! What a waste of time. So it will be one at a time. Not just of AG, but of whole trip that I, Ma, like or think are important. May only do a few tonight. Enjoy.
